The classic stereotype ‘aggro’, crew-cut, red-faced, slobber-spewing, dishonest deputy did get kicked off the force not long after this, for doing versions of this same thing to too many folks along Interstate 80. Between the deputy’s video, audio and police report he was caught in three lies of illegal coercion. My lawyer said we need to prove at least four lies before the judge will even consider throwing it out! After the deputy was busted, my lawyer informed me I could easily get all this expunged from my record for $10k …justice in merrica!
